Return & Refund Policy

Atelish gladly accepts returns and refunds within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or was incorrectly delivered, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If you would like to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (for example, changing color or style), we kindly ask you to cover the shipping fee.

How to start a return

Simply contact us at support@atelish.com or via WhatsApp: +84 835943292 and include your order number (e.g. #1234). We will guide you through each step of the return or exchange process.

Refund processing

Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take 1–3 business days to appear in your account.
