Cancellation Policy

Modify / Cancel

Atelish accepts requests to modify or cancel orders under the following conditions:

• Modified policy: You may request to amend your order within 36 hours of placing it. This includes correcting errors or replacing parameters.
• Cancellation policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order for reasonable causes (e.g. force majeure, special circumstances). If the product has been produced but not yet shipped and you still want to cancel, a 20 % restocking fee will apply (not applied to customized or bespoke items).
