Shipping policy
With Atelish, all orders are dispatched from our workshop in Vietnam. Standard processing time is within 3 – 5 business days, and we offer two shipping options: Standard (free) and Expedited (fee applies). Estimated delivery times for Standard shipping are 10 – 15 days worldwide, while Expedited shipping typically delivers within 3 – 5 business days.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing important details such as your order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address.
Shipping Confirmation
Your package will be shipped directly to your specified location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our workshop.
Shipping Carriers
We use DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, or Singapore Post for all international orders from Vietnam. These carriers usually deliver within a week, sometimes even faster than domestic delivery.
Address Issues
If there is an issue with shipping due to an incorrect address provided by Atelish, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.
