At Atelish, all orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Vietnam.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days after successful payment.
• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, product details, total cost, and shipping address.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (Free)
  • Continental United States: 7–10 business days
  • Other countries: 10–15 business days
• Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee)
  • Worldwide: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
• Orders can be shipped to your home, office, or any address you provide at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Atelish partners with trusted international couriers such as DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, and Singapore Post. These carriers usually provide fast delivery, sometimes even quicker than domestic services.

• Shipping costs may vary depending on the order value and chosen shipping method.
• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are usually very minimal or may not apply at all. In any case, these costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
• If an order is refused due to customs or tax charges, any additional shipping fees incurred will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Address Issues

• If delivery fails due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address, Atelish will not be held responsible, and additional fees for re-delivery may apply.
• If the issue arises due to an error by Atelish, we will either reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund.
