DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
Atelish accepts product returns and refunds.
Term of exchange: 30 days from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error upon receipt.

Below are the conditions for a refund
Conditions apply:
Applicable to all products due to manufacturing defects by Atelish, or if the product you receive is not the same as the product you ordered (Atelish guarantees at least 90 % color accuracy; photos may vary <10 % due to lighting or materials).
Conditions do not apply:
- Orders placed for third parties (gifts) returned for subjective reasons such as liking color, thickness, material, etc.
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance.
- Past habitual abuse of our returns agreement.
Other details:
- Please pay shipping costs when returning the product.
- Refunds are processed 3 – 7 business days after we receive the product.
- Include your order number in the package to help us track it.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

DO I NEED A RECEIPT?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number or receipt in your email. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange equivalent to the original purchase price.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your card or original payment method within a few days.
